Jobift is a recruitment and employment platform operated by Questorwing Services Private Limited. These Terms of Service are presented in two parts — one for client companies and employers, and one for candidates and job seekers. The part that applies to you governs your use of the Jobift website and recruitment services.
Terms of Service — Clients
These Terms of Service govern the use of the Jobift website and recruitment services by companies, employers, and organizations. By accessing our platform or engaging our recruitment services, you agree to these terms.
1. Scope of Services
Jobift provides recruitment and placement services to companies, including candidate sourcing, resume sharing, job vacancy listings, candidate screening assistance, and recruitment coordination, depending on the services agreed upon with the Client.
2. Client Registration and Information
Clients must provide accurate, complete, and updated company information, including company name, address, contact details, job descriptions, salary range, qualifications, experience requirements, and other relevant hiring criteria.
Clients are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
3. Paid Recruitment and Placement Services
Jobift provides recruitment and placement services to companies on a paid basis.
The applicable recruitment fees, payment timelines, replacement policy, and other commercial conditions shall be mutually agreed upon and confirmed in writing between Jobift and the Client.
Clients agree to make payments in accordance with the agreed commercial terms. Any changes to these terms must be mutually confirmed in writing.
Jobift does not charge candidates any registration, application, recruitment, or placement fees. Recruitment and placement fees for services provided to Clients are payable by the respective Client company or employer in accordance with the agreed terms.
4. Candidate Selection and Hiring Decisions
Jobift assists Clients in identifying and connecting with potential candidates. The Client is responsible for conducting interviews, verifying qualifications and experience, assessing suitability, and making the final hiring decision.
Jobift does not control the Client's independent recruitment decisions or guarantee the suitability, performance, or retention of any candidate.
5. Candidate Information and Confidentiality
Clients must use candidate information received through Jobift solely for legitimate recruitment and employment-related purposes.
Clients must maintain the confidentiality of candidate information and must not sell, misuse, distribute, or disclose such information to unauthorized parties. Candidate information must be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
6. Fair Recruitment Practices
Clients must ensure that job vacancies and recruitment processes comply with applicable laws. Job descriptions, salary details, employment conditions, and hiring requirements must be accurate and must not contain unlawful discriminatory or misleading information.
7. Prohibited Activities
Clients must not:
- Publish false, misleading, or unauthorized job vacancies.
- Misrepresent the company, salary, job responsibilities, or employment conditions.
- Misuse candidate information or use it for unauthorized purposes.
- Engage in fraudulent, unlawful, or deceptive recruitment practices.
- Attempt unauthorized access to or disrupt the Jobift platform.
8. Platform Availability
Jobift will make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability of its website and recruitment services. However, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9. Suspension or Termination
Jobift reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to its services if a Client breaches these terms, misuses candidate information, provides misleading information, or engages in unlawful activities, subject to applicable law and relevant contractual obligations.
Termination of access does not remove any outstanding payment obligations under a separate agreement.
10. Limitation of Responsibility
Jobift facilitates recruitment-related connections between Clients and candidates. Clients remain responsible for their hiring decisions, employment offers, background verification, and employment conditions.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11. Changes to These Terms
Jobift may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Revised terms will be published on the website with an updated effective date. Changes to existing commercial agreements will be handled in accordance with the relevant agreement and applicable law.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Terms of Service — Candidates / Job Seekers
These Terms of Service govern the access and use of the Jobift website by candidates and job seekers. By registering, submitting your resume, providing personal information, or applying for job opportunities through Jobift, you agree to these terms.
1. Purpose of the Platform
Jobift provides a platform to help candidates explore career opportunities and connect with potential employers through recruitment and placement-related services.
We aim to facilitate connections between candidates and employers based on relevant qualifications, skills, experience, and job requirements.
2. Candidate Registration and Information
Candidates must provide accurate, complete, and updated information, including their name, contact details, educational qualifications, work experience, skills, current and expected salary, notice period, and resume, as applicable.
Candidates are responsible for ensuring that the information and documents submitted are genuine and accurate.
3. Candidate Recruitment Services — No Charges
Jobift provides recruitment and job application services to candidates without any charges.
Candidates are not required to pay any registration, application, recruitment, or placement fees for registering on our platform, submitting resumes, applying for vacancies, or being considered for employment through our recruitment services.
Our recruitment and placement services are paid services for client companies and employers. The applicable fees are payable by the respective Clients in accordance with mutually agreed commercial terms.
Candidates should not make payments to anyone claiming to collect recruitment or placement fees on behalf of Jobift.
4. Use and Sharing of Candidate Information
Candidates acknowledge that the information submitted through Jobift may be used for recruitment-related purposes, including reviewing profiles, identifying relevant vacancies, matching candidates with job opportunities, and sharing relevant candidate information with prospective employers or authorized recruitment partners.
Such collection, use, and sharing will be subject to the Jobift Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Candidates are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy before submitting their personal information.
5. Employment Opportunities and Selection Process
Jobift is committed to helping candidates explore relevant career opportunities and connect with potential employers. We strive to facilitate a smooth recruitment process by connecting candidates with suitable job openings based on their qualifications, skills, and experience.
Final interview, selection, salary, designation, and employment decisions are made by the respective employers based on their hiring requirements. Jobift supports candidates throughout the recruitment process but cannot determine the final outcome of an employer's hiring decision.
6. Accuracy of Job Information
Jobift makes reasonable efforts to provide relevant and accurate job information. However, vacancies, salary ranges, job descriptions, locations, and employer requirements may change.
Candidates should verify important employment details, including salary, benefits, work location, and employment conditions, with the employer before accepting an offer.
7. Candidate Responsibilities
Candidates agree to:
- Provide genuine and accurate personal, educational, and professional information.
- Submit only documents and information they are authorized to share.
- Communicate professionally with employers and attend scheduled interviews where possible.
- Update their contact details and professional information when necessary.
- Avoid fraudulent activities, impersonation, and misuse of the platform.
- Inform Jobift of any material inaccuracies in their submitted profile.
8. Third-Party Employers
Jobift may connect candidates with independent employers and recruitment partners. Such parties may have their own hiring procedures, employment policies, and contractual terms.
Candidates should verify the identity of employers and carefully review offer letters, salary details, workplace conditions, and other employment terms before accepting an offer.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Jobift will handle candidate information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
Candidates may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information, subject to applicable law, legitimate retention requirements, and other lawful restrictions.
10. Suspension or Removal of Profiles
Jobift may restrict, suspend, or remove a candidate profile if false information, fraudulent documents, misuse of the platform, or a violation of these terms is identified, subject to applicable law.
11. Platform Availability
Jobift makes reasonable efforts to maintain access to its platform and recruitment services. However, uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
12. Changes to These Terms
Jobift may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Revised terms will be published on the website with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform will be subject to the updated terms, to the extent permitted by law.
